I have a C2 dynamic and trying to decide whether to keep it and ship or sell and buy a Coffey at the other end of my upcoming move. primary focus is staying fit for OTW races in singles and 2x Masters raceswoodmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11576023791556277720noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7708877945753648900.post-17704548822303927802015-03-14T21:45:53.473-04:002015-03-14T21:45:53.473-04:00Julie:

I finished in the ballpark of my usual race time with a 6:39.0. The year prior was 6:38.2 and the year before that was 6:40.2. Best ever 2k is 6:36.9 so the fitness still translates with the additional anticipated bonus of better transition back to OTW. We shall see, once this winter ends (seems a long way off in western PA)Rational Fitnesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04498282421986250724noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7708877945753648900.post-72261780165080646242015-03-14T21:40:01.140-04:002015-03-14T21:40:01.140-04:00Thanks Chrys. If you want to put on some muscle I would definitely consider adding in some weight training. Something simple like maybe even Dan John's "Easy strength" would be a nice addition to your rowing.Rational Fitnesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04498282421986250724noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7708877945753648900.post-19645692948318870342015-03-14T18:31:35.078-04:002015-03-14T18:31:35.078-04:00Are you still liking this as much as you did in De...Are you still liking this as much as you did in December? How are you feeling after a winter of training on this thing? If so be it, I enjoy them immensely as they are both educational and motivational. Ever try TBFit? I'm debating between his program and Rojabo. In my particular case I need to replace about 10lbs of fat with muscle although I'm 6' 160 and a fairly decent sculler. - ThanksAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08158404066494219542noreply@blogger.com
